Welcome to Go Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website Goservices.biz or hiring us for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide handyman and construction services .All work is subject to written estimates or agreements outlining the scope, price, and schedule. Verbal estimates are for reference only until confirmed in writing.

2. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the job site and notify us of any conditions that could affect the work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or structural issues). Missed appointments or delays caused by the customer may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

3. Payments

Payment terms are specified in your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of services. Late payments may be subject to reasonable fees. We reserve the right to pause or cancel work for nonpayment.

4. Estimates and Changes

Estimates are based on the information provided. If unforeseen issues arise (e.g., hidden damage or extra labor), we’ll discuss and approve any changes in cost or scope with you before proceeding.

5. Warranties and Liability

We stand behind our workmanship and will correct reasonable defects caused by our work within a set period (typically 30–90 days, depending on the project). However, we are not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse or outside forces (e.g., weather, accidents)

• Materials not supplied by us

To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Website Use

Our website and its content (text, images, logos) are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any information you provide through our site (such as contact forms) must be accurate.

7. Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy page), which explains how we collect and use your information.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service with reasonable notice (typically 24 hours or more). Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Canceling a job after start but before completion can result in loss of deposit.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state at where the services are preformed. Any disputes or claims related to our services will be handled in the courts of the state and county where the work took place.
